“I was very impressed with this "hotel". It is more of an AirBB as your unit is an apartment in an apartment building with permant residents. It comes nicely furnished, including basic kitchen essentials (like service for four, pots and pans, coffee maker, etc). All of the amenities are modern, and the in-unit washer dryer is a huge plus. I also really appreciated some of the welcome gifts, including some coffee/tea, laundry detergent, and your basic hygiene essentials. Property communicates……

“This exact property is not available to rent, however it is still on the website and is able to be paid for. We did not know this until check-in and realized we never received a code to get in. It was only when we called the number attached to this property is when we found out that it is not supposed to be available. The owner we spoke to was helpful and relocated us to another property only 5 mins away from the original, which turned out to be a lovely place. It all worked out in the end, but……

“This property was at most the horrible experience. Property is not at all where it states on the website. When we arrived the ceiling was falling due to an old leakage and when I communicated with someone in charge of property, they said maintenance will come. We stood for a week and they came at the second to last day of our stay. It was cold every morning and the windows were patched with garbage bags. Everything was prone to disconnect from walls such as everything in bathroom. In addition to……

Our accommodations were clean, comfortable and well appointed, and Patrick and Kathryn included truly thoughtful touches. The location was perfect for exploring Croton-on-Hudson and the Hudson Valley. We'd love to come back!”
