“This home was amazing. Clean, cute, comfortable, inviting. The hot tub was a wonderful addition to our vacation. I would stay here again and would highly recommend this place to friends.”

“As each family arrived, they commented some variation on 'wow, this is nicer than the photos!'We visited for a long weekend with four families (8 adults, 13 children) to ski nearby. There was plenty of space to spread out and lots of room for the children to play - ping pong, darts, board games, snow fort building etc. The sauna was lovely and could fit almost all the adults. Plenty of seating, plenty of blankets and pillows, plenty of beds. Kris was very responsive and helpful. It snowed while……

“This was our second stay at this house. I can’t say enough about it! The property is on a very private and scenic lot, and the views are beautiful. We had tons of fun sliding down the hills and playing in the fresh snow. The house is spacious with plenty of room for our group of ten. It was clean, comfortable and very well appointed. We definitely want to keep going back!”

“We have planned retreats at various sites for several years. We’ve gone as far away as North Carolina. Once we were all settled in this beautiful home, they declared it the best place ever. The location was perfect. The kitchen was extremely well supplied. The living room comfortably accommodated all of us and our knitting supplies. One of the things we were most impressed about was how quiet the bedrooms were. This place felt like home. It was perfect!”

“The place worked very well for us and was a great layout for the family. We did notice a sulfur smell using while using the upstairs bathroom. Also, we did not notice the smell from any other sinks. Again, the place worked great and the short walk to the beach even in the winter was fun. Thanks.”

“Check in was very easy, there was a lot of communication with the hosts. Plenty of room for our party of 5, age 6 - 60+. We really enjoyed the hot tub and view of Lake Superior. Location was perfect for our tourist excursions to Glensheen and Canal Park endeavors. Time didn't allow for Gooseberry, but would be perfect for that too!”

“Super-fun and unique house to spend a skiing long weekend! You're in a small area of woods, and you're by the slopes, and you can see the city view at night -- all of those together! Can't beat the ski-in, ski-out setup, the only such setup at Spirit Mountain. Finally, staff were uncommonly-helpful and friendly when I initially made a booking mistake and got back to me at 7 am with a corrected booking.”
