En revanche il y a un véritable manque de communication pour trouver la réception qui se trouve dans un autre hôtel, faire la vaisselle (c’est à nous de l’apporter), ou encore la photo de la piscine qui est mise en avant sur hôtel.com alors qu’elle n’est pas comprise dans le séjour (15 euros supplémentaires par personne).”

“Acceuil parfait , appartement au top et aux pieds des pistes, dommage le jacuzzi était en maintenance la semaine de notre présence, surtout que cela avait déterminé notre choix de résidence,d où l étoile en moins .”

“No bedding, no towels, it was not specified at hotel’s services description that I have to carry on my own. Poor cleanliness. Heating not operating, only two small electric heating elements available. Bad smell in general, but specially coming from the bathroom. The residence showed attentive to my complaints and kind in answering and understanding them in order to investigate and correct.”
