Magnificent contemporary loft, with very nice volumes, its architectured garden with 2 terraces of which one covered; His BBQ and outdoor furniture.
It offers 7 spacious double rooms with private bathroom and WC, including 1 with 3 additional beds his bathroom (shower, bath and toilet)
Private facilities of standing such jaccuzi, home cinema, piano, billiards.

The Ilona Gardens are home to other lodges that share a 10m x 5m swimming pool in an outbuilding, as well as a table tennis room; Mountain bikes allow you to discover the forest at 500m
Possibility of hosting your horse in individual boxing according to availability or grazing; Sand quarry of 60 x 26m; obstacles. Forest and fields nearby.

The region is rich in discoveries; Saint-Omer, city center, is only a few kilometers; with its monuments, its cathedrals, its Sandelin museum, the ruins of Saint-Bertin, its public garden, it is enclosed in its ramparts.

Hier komen alle leeftijden aan hun trekken
Drie dagen genoten van een prachtig huis.Praktische keuken, ruime zitplaats en zeer mooie slaapkamers. Bij slecht weer kunnen de gasten volop genieten van zwembad, jacuzzi en pooltafel. Ook mooie wandelingen in de buurt mogelijk.

Nous avons passer un week-end pour un EVG à 15 personnes. Le gîte ziloft était très accueillant et confortable nous y avons passé un super week-end malgré une météo maussade et avons pu pleinement profiter de la piscine, du jacuzzi et du billard.

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 9 Erwachsenen und 6 Jugendlichen in dem Haus. Das Haus ist wirklich fantastisch und es entspricht dem, wie es auf den Bildern abgebildet ist. Innen ist alles sehr geräumig, die Küche gut ausgestattet mit ausreichenden Lagermöglichkeiten. Auch der Außenbereich mit Außengrill bietet schöne Möglichkeiten sich aufzuhalten. Die Kommunikation war super und immer sehr schnell. Auch die Schlüsselübergabe hat super funktioniert. Das einzige was man wissen sollte ist, dass es pro Person nur ein Duschtuch gibt, also keine weiteren Handtücher. Und die Zimmer 3 + 4 sind miteinander verbunden und nur auf einer Seite durch eine Schiebtür voneinander getrennt auf der anderen Seite bleiben die beiden Zimmer offen. Das Bad wird gemeinsam genutzt. Aber, alles in allem hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt und können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen.

Amazing family weekend 5+ Review
We only have 5+ remarks for our stay! The host was terrific...nice and very responsive. The property is an oasis of beautifully manicured nature. It is a large piece of property that is secure, private and well taken care of. It was like camp for the children between being able to safely roam freely, ride provided bikes, utilize the pool/climbing structure/trampoline and more! The house is fantastic and really well built. Lots of great open space with wonderful natural light and huge windows. We appreciated so many bathrooms. The kids loved the indoor jacuzzi. The kitchen is VERY well stocked. We will be back. Thank you!!

Des vacances en famille
Le gite est spacieux et correctement équipé mais en deca des attentes a ce prix. Le menage est succinct, ne regardez pas sous ou derrière les meubles. Bel aspect mais a l'œil. En détail c'est tres différent, mal insonorisé et isolé. L'aération est difficile, les fenêtres ouvrent partiellement. Ce nest pas précisé dans l'annonce mais un système de vidéo surveillance filme une partie du jardin. Le portail automatique d'entrée des gîtes nest pas sécurisé pour les enfants.Dans le gite des fils électriques sont visibles et accessibles Les regles sont nombreuses et édictées au bon vouloir de la gerante qui na pas hésité a apostropher deux jeunes adultes. Enfin une caution de 1000 euros non précisée dans l'annonce a due etre fournie!

April 2023 zijn we een week met onze familie 16 personen in deze mooie woning geweest. De woning is ruim, mooi en compleet ingericht heeft een fijne jacuzzi en een lekker zwembad en was zeer schoon en netjes met een aardige behulpzame beheerder Ondanks het wat mindere weer hebben we hier een fantastische week gehad.

This house is just amazing, huge space, very modern looking, ideal for a family event or a big party (close to 20 persons). I would particularly recommend following sequence : - 16h enjoy the big covered swimming pool (shared with other cottages) with all friends and kids - 17h leave the kids playing on the trampoline and enjoy the private spa - 18h time to enjoy aperitif in the garden or covered terrace then BBQ party - 22h time for a cognac around the pool - 23h let's watch a movie in the home cinema room (Video-projector) ...Just a dream
