For a new hotel the room is extremely badly designed. No socket for the kettle, constant buzzing sound from the electric box and poor drainage in the shower leading to a bad smell. Cleaning is also bad. Used toothpick found in the sink area and left there for four days. Mugs left unwashed. Coffee/amenities in the room not topped up.
Breakfast is not worth the money and runs out of food at least an hour before breakfast is due to finish, staff very……
“Fantastic location in the centre of the city just a short walk from the main food and drink square and close to the market. Compact rooms very clean and modern. Excellent staff. But no car park so need to use one of the ones nearby. ”
“Fint og velholdt hotell. Vi fikk et stort og fint familierom, standarden var bra og alt virket nytt/bra vedlikeholdt og rent. Den eneste bemerkningen var at den kom med en kapsel-kaffemaskin der man fikk 2 kapsler for hele oppholdet vårt på 4 netter, kapselene kunne heller ikke kjøpes på noe supermarked.
Frokosten hadde et bra utvalg. Veldig fint å ha bassenget på en familieferie, vår datter på 8 år var der hver eneste dag.
Veldig fin beliggenhet med 5 min gåtur til nærmeste metro-stasjon, og så……

Spent a night in the Artist Gran hotel of Arts on my way back from the Camino de Santiago. I do not know if it was because of my backpack and casual pilgrim dressing but from the start, the service was a bit arrogant. I booked a room with queen size bed (indicating preference on high floor), but was given a DOUBLE bed for 3rd floor. As for the view, Smart Inner View means facing the window of your neighbor (welcome back to the dormitory in the Albergue!). An experience certainly not to be repeated. Get yourself an hotel with better service. You deserve better!"

Breakfast is not worth the money and runs out of food at least an hour before breakfast is due to finish, staff very lazy and don’t attempt to top up the food or clear plates from tables (whilst eating food in front of guests). Same level of poor service was seen in the rooftop bar, with glasses all over near the pool. All staff need a significant amount of training to be at an acceptable standard. "
