“Insgesamt gepflegte Anlage mit schönem Bad zum Schwimmen. Mobilheim sauber und funktionell. Die Klimaanlage war sehr angenehm. Großer Kühlschrank und Geschirrspüler. Cafeteria zum Kaffee kochen vorhanden. Wer Filterkaffee mag, unbedingt Filter und Filtertüten mitbringen. Nutzt und bietet niemand in Italien an. .😉
Toilettenpapier, Bettzeug, Handtücher mitbringen oder mieten.
Sehr gut: Liegen und Sonnenschirm am schönen Strand inklusive.

“Was uns nicht gefallen hat das die erste Tage nicht in die versprochen Zimmer die auf Schwimmbad zu sehen direkt bekommen haben, und das war eine versprechen von Expedia und nicht von Isaresidence.
Von Isaresidence waren sehr nett und haben uns die gewünschte Zimmer zu Verfügung gestellt, das Service war toll sicher und ruhig.”

“The host Guerrino was absolutely amazing! Our flight was delayed and he was in constant contact with us making sure we arrived safely. We were driving from MXP to Cavarzere and didn’t arrive until 1:30am. The apartment had absolutely everything we needed and was close to our family in Rovigo. I would definitely pick The Roses house to come back on our next trip to the Venezia area and recommend it to all looking for a central location near the beach and all the amazing attractions nearby.”

“Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Die Wohnung war top ausgestattet, sehr sauber, toller Service seitens des Vermieters! Einmal in der Woche kam sogar eine Reinigungskraft, die die Wohnung gereinigt hat und die neu bezogen hat. Statt des Backofens war eine kleine Spülmaschine eingebaut, was uns super gefallen hat. “The apartment looked just like the listing. The place is on the smaller size, but it was clean, has a small terrace (big enough for 2 people), and the building has an elevator. The location can't be beat. Right in the heart of the pedestrian area of Padova...a few steps from Piazza della Frutta, Piazza dei Signore, and Piazza delle Erbe. Communications with Alberto were clear and prompt. Had a very nice stay and Padova is a beautiful city. Highly recommended!”

“stay was mediocre, the bathrooms were not very clean and had bugs and hair left in them or on the sill. The AC did not work and the windows would open but there were no screens so if you left them opened you had mosqitos and bugs.
Also, the showers leaked water over the entire floor and you would be left mopping it up”
