“Very nice property. We relaxed at the end of each night in the private backyard patio and hot tub. The kids enjoyed the pull out bed downstairs and the upstairs had a very comfortable king bed. The shower was very relaxing. Also, the washer and dryer came in handy.Host kept checking in on us to make sure we had no questions.Will definitely try to stay again!! ”

“Loved the AC units in each room. It was so hot on the lake it made it nice to come home to!! Comfy couch and beds. Having a washer and dryer is super convenient! We would definitely stay again!”

“We have enjoyed staying at this location summer of 2024 and again this year, summer of 2025. Property is charming and well furnished with alot of character. We love the safety and privacy that the privacy fence provides as we have a special needs child. We enjoy staying at the casita while visiting Elephant Butte State Park and Riverbend Mineral Springs. Property is conveniently located to both Elephant Butte and T&C. ”

“From begging to end, our stay was absolutely amazing. The property is so beautiful and perfect in every way! Cute little entry to the property, with an amazing back yard that includes a well kept hot tub and a great little area to sit back and watch wind after spending the day out on the water. The kitchen is well equipped, with pots and pans, silverware and all of the utensils that you’ll need for your stay.
