You will have use of the entire property including back yard, hot tub, fire pit table and picnic area. Also included are pellet and gas BBQs and a hibachi/teppanyaki grill. Well stocked kitchen with super-automatic espresso maker (plug in milk carafe and push a button - machine does the rest!) Extra refrigerator and freezer in garage for additional storage needs. 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and two living rooms (both living rooms have queen size sofa beds and there is also a queen size cabinet bed in upstairs living room). Master suite upstairs is locked and is not pictured nor advertised as part of the listing. Tools and electric scooters in garage are for owner’s use and are locked. There is also a locked housekeepers’ room.
