“These people are awesome the hotel is just old. Its super cheap and you get what you paid for. But the bed and room was clean and quite. There was one annoying light on the landing.”

“This is an older home that needs some serious updating before I would consider staying here again! The reviews were a few months ago and I thought that it would be improved. It's not! There are only two bedrooms that are comfortable to sleep in. Both have comfortable king beds, but sheets on one had to be changed before it was slept in. The floor was swept and the dust pile was left for us to clean up. The den holds a king bed, but the room was barely warm despite the heater running all night……

“Beautiful house and only 30 minutes from the cave. However, to make it perfect there were a few things that need to be addressed...tub mat for safety and a shower head in the master that works.”

“The room was charmingly decorated, thoughtful goodies were available, check in and out was a breeze, and Jenn made two (inteoverted) road weary travelers feel warmly welcomed with a nice cool environment. The whole property is lovely and well maintained. We definitely will be back on our next trip to Carlsbad!”

“To visit the caverns, we have to choose a hotel in Carlsbad. There was not much options out there. Everything was OK here, with an unfair price though. However I would assume there hardly is a better option around this area.”
