“Great location next to the Sea Gardens and the Main Street for Bars and Restaurants . Hotel is about a 40 minute walk to the main bus terminal. Staff are friendly and polite. Clean and comfortable rooms with a good breakfast. Cannot fault this hotel after a 2 night stay. ”

I would suggest more options for vegans to the breakfast menu and to the menu at general. For example, it could be great to have a cattage cheese as a source of proteins for breakfast 👍.”

The location is perfect, the room has a sea view, the furniture is new, everywhere from the lobby to the rooms smelled very clean. “This is a rather nice hotel which we were upgraded to a studio. Nice view that our room has a balcony. As well, clean with sufficient bathing aids. However, it is a little bit too far from the bus station. Those with heavy suitcases when going there need to go through a rather long tunnel without any lift.”
“We stayed in a very clean and comfortable room. It would have been nice if they had provided slippers in the room. Breakfast was quite sufficient. We were welcomed and seen off with a warm smile. We really liked it and are glad we chose Hugo Hotel. If we visit Varna again, we will definitely stay here again. A great place for families to stay safely.”

“For the self-parking that says on description, that's not true. You will need to pay for their valet parking, they have a underground parking garage. The glasses in the room are extreme DIRTY, looks like they haven't cleaned it for 10 years! Other than these, the hotel is ok. Very good view!”
