“I arrived at the property with an injury that made moving very difficult. We were greeted by a lovely young woman who took care of our check in, luggage, parking, ice and insured that i woul be comfortable and well taken care of. “The reception at night didn’t give a clear instruction on how we park our car when we already arrived very late. He can’t speak English very well so we can’t communicate smoothly. Also, the reception at daytime was not keen in answering our questions, which was not we expect for a “four-star” hotel.”
