“We needed an early check in because we arrived at the hotel early and wouldn't get back until 9 that night so we wanted to get situated. They said we couldn't but then they did to help us out with our late night in. We loved the location of our room but alot of little black hairs on the top of our comforter but not in the sheets. We also had random hairs in our towels. My son and I made due. I did not want to complain because checking in was a bit of a struggle and I didn't want to cause another……

My wife got bug bites next morning. And the swimming pool was freezing. The hot tub was so dirty, the dead skin floating .we booked a non-smoke room, but once we opened the door, the serious smoke right into our face. “We have stayed here many times. It's convenient, quiet, well-placed, and reasonably priced. ”

“Rooms were spacious. Clean but dated. There were coffee machines in the room but no coffee cups. Staff was indifferent about it. Said they didn’t have any and hadn’t had any cups for quite a while. No Do Not Disturb signs for the doors. They didn’t tell us at check in but we found a sign on the door saying there was no fire alarm system currently working. ”
