“Do not book this property. Day of rental we still did not receive access information from the host. When we called he told me the property was not ready and was still under renovations. Apparently this is not the first time this has happened.”

“Rooms ok, cleanliness ok, but internet irregular and erratic. Surroundings not user friendly and distance to the clock tower is much further than indicated in online advertisement.”

“I had wonderful stay for 3 weeks at Kibo Palace Apartments. The staff was wonderful and helpful. They were always available for questions, directions and recommendations. In addition, if I needed more towels or housecleaning they came that day. Zeno, the property manager was especially wonderful and I'm grateful for her and the ability to stay at the apartments during my stay in Arusha.”

“I love this hotel! It’s clean and super safe (they have a security guard at the gate). The staff is helpful and welcoming. They can help you find restaurants, get a a taxi, even just answer questions about Tanzanian culture. Most speak very good English. The owner is onsite almost everyday and really nice. It felt like a home away from home. Don’t expect anything fancy though. The rooms are comfortable and clean but not luxurious. The top selling point is the atmosphere, which you can’t get at……
