“Micro studio was fine for lodging. Cooking facilities but one stool for eating. We slept there and got ready but did not hang out. Accuratly described. Excellent location very close to train in Old Town Arvada, restaurants and shops. Nice and warm on a snowy weekend.”

“My friend and I were in Colorado to attend a Red Rocks concert. It was two nights we had everything we needed. The host were very responsive with any questions that we had. It was close to the venue and comfortable. I would stay again. Thank you”

“One of the best places I've ever stayed is pain the staff was polite and friendly not to mention helpful when needed. They also allowed my two dogs which are actually my kids that most turn their backs on so I was very appreciative at that too. They're laundry facilities were pleasantly surprising seeing that there were six dryers and six washers that all worked perfectly fine well maintained and cleaned regularly. I've definitely wouldn't mind going back”

“The location suits us. We found the neighborhood quiet and conveniently located to pretty much everything you'd want or need with a great big backyard that was perfect for letting my 3 dogs run and play. We'd definitely stay again. The host Jeff, was very accommodating and answered messages immediately. Well done”

“Was perfect for our trip. It was centrally located for everything we had planned. Spacious and very clean. Great amenities. Fridge was not cooling the best but owner took care of it. My only suggestion would be to clean up the back area of dog waste. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Jason is an amazing host. He was very quick to respond to messages and is very knowledgeable about the area/provided great recommendations for dinners and activities. The basement apartment was clean, comfortable, and in great condition. Having the option to park in the garage was much appreciated! The back yard/deck area is huge and very well-kept. Only potential downside is that the bathroom is in the bedroom - we managed just fine but could be a (very) minor inconvenience for a larger group.……
