 In the heart of Queyras park.
Accept checks vacances.
The day of your arrival you will be greeted by Veronique Maryse or with a small welcome gift.
Ideal for family holidays, on the slopes of a family resort. Ski slopes has 100M housing (you can go directly from the terrace). Ski school for small and large open all season.
summer pool in the residence and walk for all.

T2 in DRC of 35M2 with closed terrace of 40m2 with portal (full south). 1 small room with sofa BZ 140 for 2 people and 1 sofa BZ 160 in the living room, bathroom with shower.
You can rent linens and Maryse has Véronique (the people who manage housing).
Possibility of keeping children and porting meal (see there).

For your comfort: dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, dish drying towels, TV with Freeview USB coffee, raclette etc ...

Different activities in summer and winter:
 skiing, downhill skiing, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, canoeing, horseback riding, fishing, paragliding, climbing, rafting, hiking, kayaking, climbing, via iron-rata ATVs, the legendary cervix izoard, shared swimming pool, swimming in the lake, riding stables, views, and unforgettable family journey to discover or rediscover.

Arvieux at 1800m altitude:
The ski resort consists of 17 km of slopes.

In the industry:
 35 minutes, you will find 7 other stations with their 102 km of ski slopes and 90 km of downhill skiing.

Saint Veran 2042 meters, is the largest ski area in the Queyras linked to that of Molines.
It extends over 36 km with a vertical drop of over 1000m.

Molines at 1750m above sea level: the ski slopes are certified to host international ski competitions.

Hébergement conforme à la description. Une vue magnifique sur la montagne, un environement calme et reposant. Idéalement situé pour visiter les environs à 25 mm de voiture de beaucoup de petits villages avec de belles randos. Commercants très sympa à Arvieux (2.5 km du logement). On reviendra sans hésiter même si la chambre est un peu réduite, le seul bémol.

Nous sommes venus découvrir la région et prendre l'air. Le logement est super bien situé et très bien équipé. Étant donné la météo clémente, nous avons profité du soleil sur la terrasse, au calme. Randos partout autour. Piste de ski accessible depuis le logement et ski de fond environ 1km plus haut. Voiture garée à l'abri des intempéries. La proprio est joignable et à l'écoute. Maryse prend le relais sur place. Bref, parfait !!!

C'est la deuxième année que nous venons ici , et nous en sommes toujours satisfait, tres bon contact avec la propriétaire, super emplacement de l appartement , proche du parking , plusieurs possibilités de parcours sans devoir utilisé la voiture , vu magnifique sur les montagnes, proche des autres villages. We had so much fun at our stay in La Chalp. The rental is a short walk to skiing and had everything that we needed for our stay. The owners are responsive and kind, and the property is very well managed. The price is affordable, the view was amazing, and the weather and location allowed for lots of outdoor time. We would definitely return again in the future.

Nous pensions que c'était abritel qui louait le logement.La piscine n'était pas ouverte. Nous aurions eu des petits enfants et bien pas de piscine. C'était marqué WiFi il a fallut payer 15 euro. Un peu déçu.

La région est absolument magnifique et l'emplacement de la résidence est parfait pour découvrir le QUEYRAS. L’appartement est calme avec une terrasse immense et une vue grandiose sur les montagnes. La piscine est chauffée, parfaite pour les enfants. Les équipements sont conformes à la description même si certains pourraient être renouvelés. L'appartement est suffisamment spacieux pour une famille avec 2 enfants. Merci pour ce séjour très agréable.
