"It was a very bad experience. I booked a total of 7 nights. On the first night, I checked in and entered the room. However, I felt unsafe. I went downstairs and asked the staff if I could check out and have money for the remaining 6 days. He said yes. I went to check out during the day of the next day. At that time, it was another staff member. I asked her to check out. Then she said she didn't know. She needed to ask her manager. Now, a week has been without reply and there has been no refund. I booked for 7 days and only stayed for one night. I will never come to this hotel again, and I will never recommend anyone to come to this hotel."

"I’ve never stayed in such a terrible hotel! The walls and floors outside the room were filthy, and the floor inside the room was dirty too — only the bed was clean. Small cockroaches would crawl out from time to time! I even had to spend my own money to buy cockroach spray and place it around the room.
