“Great house for the money, very spacious and nice layout, well kept. Dune access is only if u have dirt tires as it’s a bit of a drive but 5 min drive to staging area. Host was awesome and easy to deal with, worth the money for sure. ”

“The property itself is beautiful and at one time well loved. The home had several little thoughtful extra such as automatic blinds, bidet,security system, camp chairs etc but the house was not clean; used bandages on night stand, coffee left in coffee pot, dusty, used tp in downstairs bathroom laying on the floor, hot tub had sand in it and the jets did not work, Unable to use space above boat house which appeared to be available in listing, the heating/cooling system doesnt function……

“Four couples stayed. Lovely home. Decent location. Driveway is treacherous. Master bed was good. All others were hard or caved in center. Ran out of toilet paper. Stairs to basement rooms is very steep. No closets or even an armoire in downstairs bedrooms. View from back deck is lovely. Stairs to dock are also treacherous. Nicely stocked kitchen. Labels everywhere are helpful. ”

“This was a perfect place for a weekend with the Bros. Nice and spacious and great set up. You cannot drive quads out to the dunes without trailering up so just be aware of that if that is the main reason you are booking this place.”

“This was such a relaxing 2 days! The home is fully stocked with blankets, towels, cleaning, kitchen has NICE cookware, real plates utensils, silverware etc. Most common condiments are in frig and sugar flower etc under cupboard. Nice to light a fire, it was my first and great instructions with supplies all that is needed is there but paper products packaging plates and bags are great to help start the fire. There was no cell service, no internet but that is temporary. I liked that technology was……
