“The cottage met all our needs. It is nestled between two marinas and in a quiet neighborhood. It is small but very efficient. One of the marinas has a small restaurant for breakfast and lunch and the owner of the restaurant is super friendly. Sitting out on the deck in the warm sun was lovely. We enjoyed our stay. ”

“A quaint getaway for mom's big birthday, just the girls, with a balance of coziness and airy space! Check in process was smooth with email communication and clear directions for care of the home. Bathroom accommodations felt a little disjointed with limited sink space, but the setup made things work for the days we were there. Overall we loved our stay!”

“Clean and quaint - nicely renovated. Beautifully furnished and decorated, very comfortable. Dog friendly is a real plus. Owner was very responsive to a few minor things. The location near Matunick Beach is convenient and the views from the upper deck out over the marina are fantastic. We had a full house with family for JWU graduation weekend and could not have been more pleased. It would be a great destination for extended family with the other two cottages on the property. Only wish there……
