“The keyless entry lock on our rental unit’s door would not work—at the end of the day on Saturday with 2,10 and 11 year olds plus 2 adults wet from the beach and sandy because the showers coming off the beach near our unit did not work. The property manager sent a repairman—and he was tremendous. However—he worked on the door lock for over 2 hours without success and finally literally used a crow bar to force the lock to break and let us in. He profusely apologized for the inconvenience. I……

“From the very start, we were lucky enough to check in early where we could drop our belongings off and take a few steps to go relax by the beach. The amenities were wonderful and the listing was so accurate. We enjoyed complementary snacks and a week full of sunshine. Thank you so much. ”

“Place is nice. I always love the sunsuite location for a weekend getaway. This particular unit has something broken under the tub... not sure if its ceramic below the tub or what... but you can tell unless you stand on it. That was a little nerve wrecking when showering. Evreything else was perfect!”
