“The only toilet facilities was a porta potty which smelled and looked like it had not been emptied in months. Shower did not have a way to lock the door of the only shower, to keep others out. We did not have cell phone reception because of the mountains and no way to contact the owner. No one was around to check us in.”

“The grounds were beautiful! The tents were spaced out, but not so far that they didn't give a community feel. My boys really enjoyed the river access. It was shallow and easy to get to. Everything was well maintained and the grounds were very clean! I definitely recommend this place. It was an awesome experience.”

“We were able to have great communication with the hosts Scott and Lynn, and Scott was there to meet us and give a quick lay of the land. We had a nice spot near the creek basically to ourselves and were able to have a great spot near DuPont and Pisgah bike trails! Definitely would recommend!”

“We had a relaxing weekend getaway here! Everything was clean, and the new carpets were plush. The couch was comfortable, and I slept like a log in the bed. Although we didn’t get a chance to use it, there is a lovely porch swing just outside the door where I can imagine unwinding with a good book or having conversation with a loved one.
