I recently stayed at the Quality Inn Asheville Airport, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The room was not up to par, with noticeable cleanliness issues. To my surprise, I even spotted a fly buzzing around the room.
The bedding and towels seemed old and worn out, with a distinct unpleasant odor.
The air conditioning unit wasn't functioning properly, making the room uncomfortable. Additionally, there was no hot water available at night, which was inconvenient.
The breakfast experience was also subpar. The quality of the food and overall presentation were lacking, making it a disappointing start to the day.
Given the issues I encountered, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to others. Perhaps the management should consider renovating the rooms and improving their maintenance and housekeeping services to provide a better experience for guests
