Location, room, amenities, service all great. A microwave in room could help, however, I knew there wasn’t one before I booked. The only issue I had was parking. (And it was made very clear to me the valet service had “nothing” to do with the hotel. The messaging app works fine, I think it’s more the customers. People call for their car, then don’t leave the room. There is only room for about 5 cars, if you don’t come get your car in a timely fashion you block everyone from getting out. I haven’t come up with a solution yet. Working on it! :)
