Very outdated, I am surprised it is 4 stars. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The bathroom was not very clean when we got there and there was pee on the toilet seat and hair on the pillows…

We traveled as a large family and for the price this place was ok. The property was conveniently located with good parking. Staff were friendly and approachable. Beds were comfortable and there was enough space for 8 of us. The pool and hot tub were not accessible during our stay, sadly. Cleanliness was the biggest issue. The floor of the unit was sticky, there were dirty utensils in the drawers, crumbs in the fold out couch. The pots and pans were flaking Teflon, spatulas were old grimy plastic. If this place increased overall cleanliness and replaced the kitchenware it would be an easy 5 stars.

This property is in an incrediblly convenient location less than a mile from the main entrance to Biltmore. We were there one night for an evening wedding in the Biltmore Walled Garden. Loved getting a condo suite for the price of a standard hotel room. The room was nice and clean but there were some minor stains in the carpet. Recommend adding a power strip to the outlet behind the one nightstand in the bedroom. One of the two outlets is controlled by the wall switch and also turns on the light in the closet. As a result, I had to remove the fluorescent bulb in order to get to sleep. We did not utilize any of the amenities. Check in and check out was very clean and efficient. We would stay here again if/when we return to Asheville. Didn't realize that each of these condos are individually owned, but it essentially functions as a hotel. We made our reservations through Expedia.

Our room was awesome. Clean room with Nice kitchen. Full fridge, microwave, oven and stove. Wonderful walk-in shower with two sinks. Washer and dryer. Also had a patio. Very comfy.

Overall, it was great! I would recommend and we will stay again for sure Pros: Location is good quiet area with restaurants and shopping nearby. Biltmore entrance 2 minutes away. Unit clean, beds and bedding comfortable, kitchen and bathrooms updated, furniture/decor a little outdated but that didn’t really bother us. 3 brand new smart tvs, one in each room which is very nice to have. Helpful and courteous staff. GREAT price on Expedia. Cons: Small things like no window curtains, just blinds so the light shines bright in the morning. Couch uncomfortable. No outside trash cans anywhere onsite and a very small indoor kitchen trash can. Can hear upstairs neighbors walking around so if that bothers you ask for a unit on the top floor. No full mirrors in the entire unit. As I said only small things to complain about. Otherwise it was wonderful!

This was a perfect stay. These are more like apartments and there was so much space! The location was perfect for our stay as it is less than a10 minute drive to both the Biltmore and downtown which were the focuses of our three day stay. Rooms were nice, beds comfortable, Excellent value. Would stay again, and I have recommended to others.

The place was spacious and has an elevator and suitcase trolley. Spent a few evenings cooking in on vacation. There were a few evenings that were either raining or too cool to sit out on the balcony; on the warm days there were quite a swarm.of.bees so we didn't really enjoy that feature but the property manager was quick to.take action since my husband is allergic and was able to alleviate the situation. I would've preferred a dual recliner but the furniture was okay for a week's stay.. It is very close to a trauma center so we were awakened to ambulance sirens quite a few times. It is conveniently located close to The Biltmore Estate and not far from downtown where we could use Lyft or Uber to enjoy the downtown entertainment.

We liked that the suite was roomy with a complete kitchen and separate walk-in shower and tub. However, they were some things gs we didn't like. There was no water or ice available from the refrigerator, the jetted tub did not work, and the TV in the bedroom was not connected to the cable. This property is older so the furnishings were older, but over all it was OK for the price.
