“This apartment is in a house on a cute little street. The neighborhood was safe and a great location. We were able to walk to the Central Ave Station trolley stop, which gave us great access to Boston. We also walked to restaurants nearby.Our group was 14 people, half of which were children, and it was adequate space for the small amount of time we were not sightseeing.”

“The unit itself was very nice! A few small issues with the garbage but nothing that would impact our overall recommendation. And the host was very communicative. The neighborhood it was a bit loud in the evenings, but not too bad. We enjoyed our stay!!”

“This property was exactly as advertised. Very clean, lots of extra touches such as hair dryers in both bathrooms, body wash, liquid soap, lots of dishes, cookware (although we didn't use any). Mr and Mrs. Lee were extremely responsive to any issues or questions we had. Also, large washers and dryers (3 sets) in basement as well as laundry detergent and softener (no dryer sheets, but that was not a big deal). I know they have a cleaner but I like to touch up and clean prior to leaving, some wipes at the very least.”

“Our family of 6 stayed in this home to start our East Coast road trip. Since we knew we'd need a car, it was very important to find a place with parking. This place had dedicated parking on the left of the house so we picked this place even if it was not in Boston. (All our activities were in Boston)Getting in was fairly easy but the doors were not marked and I ended up opening the neighbor's door. Oops. “Great place with very usable space. Quiet yet very convenient --- walking distance to CVS and several restaurants, a grocery store, and more. ”

“Newly renovated, clean, comfortable place to explore Boston. The host was responsive and very proactive. Parking in the back for our rental. Plenty of space and room for us to spread out. Security lights around the property and limited pedestrian traffic on the street. We felt very safe and overall very pleased with the place. ”

“There were five of us staying at this location and it offered the space and amenities that we needed. We relied on public transportation the entire stay, and had easy access to bus and train lines. The space had ample rooms, beds and baths, which was the primary reason we elected to stay there. Jenny was responsive to all my questions prior to the stay and she provided timely information that we needed for easy check-in and checkout. ”
