Welcome to the Carriage House Rosalind at Chateau Herbe! A state-of-the art contemporary castle estate with stunning grounds.

Guest Access:
You will have access to the main chateau's sunroom, library, coffee bar, and patio. Explore the vineyard, gardens, orchards, pond pergola, and classical fountain.

Please note that the sauna and hot tub facilities are closed seasonally December - March.

Perfect Ashland retreat

A friend and I were making our first trip to Ashland for the Shakespeare festival. This was the perfect place to stay, only few miles from the center of town but also completely secluded and quiet. Then there was the bonus of the amazing grounds of the château which were perfect for our morning walks. The management was quite responsive to our needs – – which actually weren’t very many – – and we are already talking about returning here again next year.

A slice of Rome! Absolutely Incredible!

We were in AWE from the moment we drove onto the property. The castle is stunning! The statues are gorgeous! Definitely a must if you’re spending time in the area. Believe me, you won’t want to leave! (We actually booked another night!).
