“We really enjoyed our stay at Almost Heaven. It was clean and comfortable and very relaxing. The views were beautiful from every room, and the screened porch was perfect for reading a book and napping. We brought our boat, and the boathouse was nice and accessible. We hope to come back soon!”

“By far the best rental we have ever stayed in. The beds were very comfortable, house was extremely clean, well stocked, organized and layed out perfectly for large groups. Three bedrooms upstairs and 3 downstairs worked out so well for our family. The screened in porch was an added bonus… beautiful view of lake and fans kept it cool. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need from crockpot to blender and lots of cookware and dishes. The dock is amazing with plenty of seating. The……

“The house was perfect. The adults had 3 bedrooms on the main floor with the den and kitchen looking out to the pool. The kids stayed in the lower level with the large bunkbed room and another bedroom and a game room! Plenty of bathrooms! Boat rental for our entire time and able to keep it docked at the house was an added plus!”

“This was a perfect getaway for my wife, kids, and dogs. The house was clean. We absolutely loved the screened in porch. The boat house was nice, if not a little challenging to pull a large pontoon into for a rookie like myself. It's nice and close to Alex City if you need to make a run to Publix or Daylight Donuts. It was nice a quiet. Since you’re near the end of the road, the vast majority of the noise is the lake gently lapping at the shore. Five stars. Would stay again.”

“Our stay at Overlook Oasis was a wonderful experience! This getaway is lovely with fun, contemporary features. Our young adults had a great time enjoying the hot tub, game room and even the slide. Boating the lake was made easy with the boat rental option. It was at the dock and ready for use upon our arrival. Russell Marine is very close to re-fuel the boat as well. Restaurants and grocery stores were close either by land or water. Highly recommend! Fabulous weekend! ”
