“The hotel clearly needs updating. But the manager Kim, and her staff are EXCELLENT! They are superior in handling any situation that comes their way related to hotel conditions. ”

“Hotel was about what you might expect at this price range, building was a bit run down. We only stayed one night and it was fine. Owner (at least I believe he was the owner) was very nice and accommodating. Hotels.com stated that breakfast ended at 9:30 but it ends at 9. He let me into the breakfast room to grab coffee and cereal. After we checked out, we thought we had left a bag in the room. I called about it and left a message; a few hours later he called back to say they didn’t find it. We……

“We've stayed here at least 15 times previously and once again were very satisfied. Intend to stay here again if we are in this area. Beds and bathroom were clean, mattress was firm (which I like) and pillows soft. Breakfast isn't much but we knew that and it isn't a big deal for us. Check in was pleasant and the clerk was very friendly and explained the rewards program politely.”
