“Really clean, spacious and loads of plug sockets which was great. Kitchen was perfect for what we needed and car park out the back was very convenient. We walked to Coventry Arena close by, through the big Tesco round the back and found other shops too - incredibly handy would definitely go back. Met the owner and he was really nice, and asked if there was anything he could do - really lovely service. Easily 5*.”

“Quirky campsite, stayed in the Airstream Had everything we needed for a couple of nights away. Was nice to have our own toilet but, felt the shower was unnecessary and we did not use it Well equipped kitchen, seating area inside and out. Bed very comfy ”

“We were a group of 4 friends who met at University (a long time ago!).We’re spread across the country so this location just off the M40 was ideal. The facilities are great. Where else can you find the exclusive use of a tennis court, swimming pool and a snooker table?! The owner’s communication before and during our stay were first class. Check-in was very easy.No issues at all and you can safely ignore other reviews about the motorhomes causing parking problems -they are blocked parked down……

“What a beautiful property within a perfect, tranquil setting. Loved sitting on the canal side watching the canal boats go by and watching the wonderful wildlife. Plenty of seating options within the spacious grounds. It was a central base for us to visit Stratford Upon Avon but mainly to visit the stunning Cotswolds. The property is very well presented with every amenity for a home from home experience. Liz and Alan are wonderful hosts, loved talking to them but they are by no means intrusive……

“The experience was really bad. We booked the place and arrived, but no one answered the door—there was no reception and no instructions on how to get in. We called for nearly an hour before someone finally returned and said they had booked the place. The neighbors were horrible and even came over with a knife, asking why we were there. After an hour of waiting, we finally received a call from the owner, who arranged for us to stay at another property. However, the bed there was so soft it……
