Swim & Relax - Pool, Hot Tub and Recently Renovated!

Relaxation awaits at our pool and hot tub oasis located in Ashtabula! This 3 bedroom home sleeps up to 8 guests, making it perfect for larger families and groups. The spacious fenced in backyard features a stunning in-ground pool (open ~mid May to September) and a relaxing hot tub (open all year). Please note that our pool is a saltwater pool.

The kitchen features quartz countertops and plenty of space for cooking and preparing meals. The dining room has seating for 8. The large living room has vaulted ceilings and an electric fireplace for those cooler nights. On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms, each with queen beds, as well as a full bathroom. The upstairs features the master bedroom equipped with a king bed, TV, and a desk when you have to bring work with you. The partially finished basement features a pull out full couch, 2 arcade games, foosball, and a retro Nintendo 64 with 4 controllers and plenty of game options.

This is a family-friendly neighborhood. Having fun around the pool area is understandable, but we ask that noise be kept to a minimum between the hours of 9 pm-9 am.

🤫Please be courteous to neighbors and keep the noise to a minimum when outside. We have decibel readers that track noise levels outside (these do not record conversations). We have had noise complaints from neighbors and have a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm-8am

🚭 If smoking of any kind takes place inside, please note there will be a minimum charge of $500 for extra cleaning

🐾 A max of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125/stay. Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee.
🚫 Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. You will be responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees.
This is to protect guests with allergies and ensure our cleaners can keep the home in top condition for all visitors.

🏊‍♂️ Kids under 14 need adult supervision in the pool/backyard.

🚫 No furry friends allowed in the pool.
🏊‍♂️ Pool liner love: Keep sharp claws at bay to prevent rips.

🏊‍♂️ Pool Heating Fee: Please note that there is a $75 per day fee to heat the pool. 🌞 Enjoy a warm and relaxing swim during your stay!

Hot Tub Cleanliness Fine: $250
To avoid this, please follow these simple rules:

🛁 Dive in style: Use beach towels, not bath ones.
👫 Pool party limit: Max 7 person
🚸 Kiddo Caution: No unsupervised mini-water explorers.
🚫 No Splash Zone: Diving and jumping are a no-go.
🍔🥤 Spa Snacking: Save the munchies for dry land.
🚫🥂 Glass-Free Zone: Keep it classy, no glass allowed.
🧼 Squeaky Clean: Like the vibes, keep the tub pristine.
🤫 Whisper Mode: Respect the neighbors' peace.
🚭 Smoke-Free Soak: No puffing in the bubbly.
♨️ Jet Etiquette: Turn off the jets post-soak.
✅ Cover Courtesy: Seal the tub's secrets after use.
❌ Furry Friends: No pets in the hot tub.
❗ Please do not turn the Hot Tub off, only the jets. Hot Tub should remain on and set to 100 degrees F when not in use! 🌡️🎉

📌⚠️ A friendly reminder to please remove your shoes when entering the house. This helps us keep the space clean and comfortable for everyone.

🐞 Just a heads-up: while cleanliness is a priority, our proximity to the lake makes bugs unavoidable, specifically mayflies. You may find these guys stuck to or around the exterior of the home. Turning off the exterior lights at night may help!
