“The home was inviting clean and comfortable. Our inviting, provided us with ample kitchen items, towels, and entertainment in the form of books and extensive library of nostalgic albums and games. There was plenty of parking for four cars in the driveway as well as street parking if needed. The location was perfect for walking into town to enjoy the many restaurants and shops.”

“Michelle made our experience super easy and memorable! Drive up a private road and a pretty steep hill (4wd a must in winter) to a secluded, beautiful house with plenty of space. Just you and nature. The house itself has all the amenities - full kitchen, sitting areas, and even a wood stove that Michelle started up before we got there. Beds are comfortable, and the bathrooms have insane mountaintop views. Michele even left a few eggs for starter breakfast which was much appreciated. You can’t……

“I stayed with my spouse and two children (ages 5 and 9). We felt very safe. The rental was very private and separate from the main house. The bedrooms and two bathrooms were very convenient. Check-in was super easy and directions were clear. Lots of things were provided to make the stay very easy and convenient.Two points of inconvenience: 1) the downstairs bathtub only gets warm water. “We all had a wonderful stay at the Troy House! Linda was so informative and kind she helped provide all of the details we needed for our stay! We selected the Troy House for its proximity to a dirt-bike camp in Winchester NH that my son and his two friends were attending for the week. Not only was the house perfectly stocked beds were extremely comfortable. “The house was just lovely! We each had a room with a bathroom and it was so nice. We loved being together in this comfortable, clean house. It was close enough to Keene to do grocery shopping and having breakfast there a couple of times. The owner was a gracious & generous hostess. Answered any questions quickly and clearly. We can’t thank her enough for allowing us to stay in her lovely home while we were there for a family reunion.”

“Lovely home, clean, with spacious, well-finished rooms and AC in each room. Host was timely with responses. Would gladly stay here in the future when visiting the area. A small point- would be nice to have a few more homelike amenities (hair dryer, coffee creamers tissues) and some written instructions about the home (such a WiFi pw) available, however, the host was quickly responsive and overall our watt was excellent. ”

“Me and a few friends stayed at the River House during a long weekend during the Winter. The house itself was very nice and had many amenities.The location is good for some of the ski resorts in lower Vermont. However there was a rather large snow storm and due to the half hour 40 minute drive to the mountain we were not able to go because of the roads. This was no fault of the owners obviously but if you want to guarantee getting to the mountain maybe pick a place closer and have access to a car……
