“The villa is perfect for a family getaway, lots of spaces to relax and sit together but equally enough to have time apart. The pool is lovely and looks over the olive groves and out to the bay of Nafplio. The villa is a short drive away from stores and a 15 minute drive to nafplio itself. We enjoyed a lovely Greek dinner in the villa cooked for us by Theodoresa and friends. Thanos was a very helpful host, allowing us to check-in early and responding to all questions promptly. “La casa è pulita ,attrezzata con ogni confort,ampia e con una terrazza sul mare incantevole. Il mare praticamente è fuori la porta sempre pulitissimo adatto per famiglie con bambini. La posizione ottima vicino supermercati e ristoranti. Se proprio devo trovare un difetto è il parcheggio nn sempre disponibile nei pressi della casa male che và è disponibile a pochi passi un ampio parcheggio gratuito. L hoste sempre reperibile e molto disponibile. Grazie bellissima vacanza super consigliato ”

“This is a very sweet place to stay in Perdika, only a 10 minute walk from the harbour, restaurants and small beach. The room was comfortable and clean and was refreshed daily. Although the two rooms we booked hadn’t been set up as requested, that was swiftly and kindly rectified by the staff (worth noting though that we booked a twin room for our teenagers which ended up being a double bed and a pull out trundle bed). The pool area is clean with towels available at reception (you must ask), and……

Everything is top‑quality – fully equipped kitchen, perfect pool, beautiful lawn, and great privacy with lots of space from the neighbors.We almost didn’t book because there were few reviews, but we’re so glad we did. The only con was that we went to bed by 10:30/ 11pm each night and many people were drinking and yelling/ partying until 2am and it was hard to sleep when this happened. Each night, people were having loud arguments outside and we could hear even though our windows were closed and the AC was on. ”
