Directly across the street, you’ll find the Rio Grande Trail, John Denver Sanctuary, and Newbury Park. Parking for one vehicle is available at the building, and the unit includes a washer and dryer for added convenience.

The living room features a spacious and comfortable sofa with an ottoman and a 55" Samsung Frame TV with cable and streaming services. A wall of windows fills the space with natural light, making the room feel light, bright, and inviting.
Kitchen & Dining Room:
The newly updated kitchen includes white cabinets, quartz countertops, and all new appliances. It’s fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a home-cooked meal. The space includes seating for three at the counter and a dining table that seats four comfortably.
All beds are made with luxury 100% cotton linens from Garnier-Thiebaut, professionally laundered and pressed for comfort. Plush down pillows are standard; if you have allergies, we’re happy to provide a down alternative upon request.
In the bathrooms, soft white towels, plush robes, hairdryers, and premium toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and more, are provided for your comfort.

You can also ride downvalley to popular destinations like the Glenwood Hot Springs.
