The Aspen Mountain Condominiums are located in the heart of Aspen, just 2 blocks to the Aspen Mountain Gondola, to Rubey Park Transit center where you can catch free shuttles to the other ski areas and to all of the incredible shopping and dining Aspen has to offer. Perched right above the St. Regis Hotel & Residences, this renovated condo is a perfect getaway for your adventures in Aspen. New furnishings, thoughtful and inviting decor, a common area hot tub and grill and a designated parking spot make this an ideal choice for your convenient, relaxing getaway to Aspen. This garden level condo welcomes you to make yourself at home and get cozy in the living room or the small bistro patio offers a delightful nook to have a coffee or apres beverage.

The fully stocked kitchen offers the convenience of preparing meals during your stay. Each bedroom is private with comfortable beds offering a great nights rest after a long day exploring the Aspen area. The beautiful and soothing color palettes in each room will lull you to sleep. A common area washer/dryer located right out the back door of the unit make it very easy to pack light. Anytime of year you and your traveling companions will enjoy the convenient access, appealing decor and wonderful amenities of this cozy 775 square foot vacation rental.

Conference at St. Regis and brother visit

I had a conference at the St Regis and stayed at this wonderful condo nearby. It has dedicated parking along the street and is very efficient in its use of space. There is a shared hot tub and easy access to the slopes of Ajax mountain. It was a wonderful stay!

Great Location, Affordable Option in Aspen

Overall, I would recommend this property... the location is fantastic (next door to the St. Regis and ski lift), it's clean, and is affordable (for Aspen). It's also the perfect walking distance from the city center and skiing. The hosts were very communicative and friendly, and the condo was also clean. However, I did feel rushed to check out. Knowing the early check out time (10:00 am), my party had planned to be out prior. The evening before checking out, the property management group messaged asking if we would be out earlier, as that would be helpful for their house cleaners. We had planned to ski during the day of check out, so I responded letting them know we'd be out around 10am, as discussed, and asked if we could leave our car parked in the lot after checking out. Not only did the house cleaners show up and peek in the windows at 9:10am, but they left their supplies on the porch and watched us from the lot. It felt like we were being rushed out, and we weren't able to keep the car parked (parking is difficult to find in Aspen). Therefore, it cut our last day of skiing short. The last day of our trip, surrounding check out, just felt a bit unprofessional... especially for the price.

Excellent location

We enjoyed our stay at Aspe. Location was great. We had enough room to move freely around. Kitchen is fully stocked. Beds are comfortable. I liked the fact that one room had softer mattress and the other had harder mattress so everyone was happy. The only problem was laundry that I have to pay with coins. This was not listed in description and I had trouble finding money to run the dryer with kids clothes. The rest was perfect

Perfect location and amenities!

Overall we couldn't be happier with the property location as it was a short walk to the Ajax gondola and all of the restaurants we visited. The management crew was amazing and checked in with me multiple times to see if we needed anything. I highly recommend staying here for a quaint spot close to all the town has to offer.

Quaint Stay

Quaint 2 bedroom apartment in central location. Appreciated the coffee/tea left. One room/bed is bigger than the other and both have mattresses are on the firmer side but we were able to make it work for 4 adults. Unplug the cube alarm clock as that oddly goes off at different times. A minor issue arose and it was handled swiftly. Lovely stay!

Couldn’t get closer to all the action!

Our visit in Aspen was delightful. Having a great place to stay was an added bonus. The Vrbo was the perfect location, a block to all the action! It was clean, well stocked and comfy. The highest marks go to communication. The property managers made sure we had everything we needed and checked in before and during our stay. We hope this rental is available when we plan our next trip to Aspen!

Aspen mountain condo

Very clean and thoughtfully well stocked unit. Great proximity to town and restaurants. I had 2 maintenance issues but someone came right away. One issue needs farther investigation but I feel they are very prompt and professional and will handle the matter now that I’ve left. Overall great time and the leaves were in their full glory! Wonderful memories with my son!! I would highly recommend this place to stay in Aspen.

Palm Tree Fest

Overall, experience was wonderful. Communication with management was better than most I’ve encountered. They texted us multiple times to see how things were going and if we needed anything. Place was way cuter than expected as well and was the perfect escape for a weekend getaway with my friends. Everything was walkable, which was a major plus considering parking in Aspen and the parking for our vehicle was right outside. Would definitely stay here again!
