“Things to like: Lovely pool area, well-kept grounds, great food at dinner, simple but updated room, access to Alba area. Things to consider: For US travelers, it could be challenging if you need extra service, since the staff currently did not speak English. We appreciated their frugal country ways, but also found the place dark (lights out- nobody at desk after 8). A bit isolated in August but could be delightful when they host weddings there. ”

“As we are driving car from Florence to France. This is a very nice transit place for a night. The town is very small. The hotel is a castle, our room in third floor is large and modern but with some old crossbeam on the ceiling. The dinner is also delicious. We arrived at Saturday night, there is firework in the midnight.”
