The property was right on the waterfront, near the boat harbor. Though we didn't take advantage of the riverwalk due to the rain, we loved waking up to the view. The room was nice and comfortable. There were robes for us to use (we didn't) and actual glasses, both for water and wine, instead of those flimsy paper or plastic disposable cups. There was half and half for the coffee, not those packets with dry creamer. It would have been more quiet, but it was across from the elevator and our wall abutted the stairs.
What we did did not like was that the breakfast area was hugely insufficient for a hotel with so many rooms (75, I believe). The breakfast area had about 8 or 9 tables in a tiny space. Not all guests were using common courtesy to give up their table once they finished. Some folks were clearly done, but on their phones or just dawdling. The food looked like it was good, you just couldn't quite get to it.
