The people were kind and informative. The street to get there is hidden and is in disrepair to point of being considered neglected. The rooms are not soundproofed so expect to hear ever sound no matter how slight and the smell of damp foul water was extreme even for a seaside location. The staff was the only good part about being there but its not enough to have me ever return. Also if you have mobility issues, STAY AWAY the ramps are a death trap and the bathrooms can only be used if a levitation fairy poofs you in there. No design or real considerations were made. Simply put, its just malicious compliance.

Great spot for a night or two. Clam Chowder in the lobby at night! Clean rooms, pool, Hot tub, sauna, lobby and gym. Good breakfast in the morning. Would definitely stay here again.

The place was nice but you could see dumped garbage on the path behind the hotel and there was homeless guy on bike on trail. I don’t like how the price for the hotel was $171 and you charged me $191

This hotel is in an area away from restaurants/ shops that are within easy walking distance. The immediate area was safe but empty, ie the surrounding buildings were businesses that were not open in the evening/ weekends. That being said the hotel has friendly staff, even if they were using walkie talkies in the hallways before 0800 (the reason for 4 out of 5 stars). The amenities were well cared for and clean. The addition of clam chowder available in the evenings was nice. It was pretty tasty. Breakfast had plenty of options.

The property was right on the waterfront, near the boat harbor. Though we didn't take advantage of the riverwalk due to the rain, we loved waking up to the view. The room was nice and comfortable. There were robes for us to use (we didn't) and actual glasses, both for water and wine, instead of those flimsy paper or plastic disposable cups. There was half and half for the coffee, not those packets with dry creamer. It would have been more quiet, but it was across from the elevator and our wall abutted the stairs. What we did did not like was that the breakfast area was hugely insufficient for a hotel with so many rooms (75, I believe). The breakfast area had about 8 or 9 tables in a tiny space. Not all guests were using common courtesy to give up their table once they finished. Some folks were clearly done, but on their phones or just dawdling. The food looked like it was good, you just couldn't quite get to it.

The room was very clean. Bed was very comfy. Thin walls. Stayed 2 nights and breakfast minimal and not alot to pick from the warm items. Front desk was very pleasant. Loved the cookies and the option for chowder in evening. Didnt try chowder but was nice option. Pool was small but we ended going during slow times.

Great little gem! Warm and comfortable on the outskirts of town but only 2 min drive to town or walk along the river about a mile. Breakfast was fantastic and I don’t say that lightly! Real eggs, sausage, potatoes, variety of yogurt and cereal and even almond milk. Front desk was friendly and helpful. Free salmon chowder every day and also warm cookies daily! Rooms were standard but the TV had all the streaming apps - bonus! And the beds were super comfortable with 5 pillows each!! Pillows were perfect and bed was so cozy. Oh the robes were cozy too. Great place to stay in Astoria.

When we got to our room there was what appeared to be a bunch of wet sand in the sink. I cleaned it out and then noticed the sink was clogged. As the water would slowly drain more sand would come up.
