The front door was broken. While we can allow for technical issues in a holiday, the staff was horrible. The door they redirected us to was locked, we had to find a local phone number to call so they could open it, then we walked half the building back to the desk. The check in lady just looked at me, no greeting, and responds that no rooms are ready, come back later after I state we're there to check in. 45 minutes later, we repeat all the above steps as the door is still locked, room still not ready. Wait another 15 min to be assigned a room.
Next morning, same lady at desk, stars me down as I wait to check out. No greeting, no words, no nothing. Finally I ask what I need to do to check out. This is the worst customer service and I can only assume she doesn't enjoy her job.
On a positive note: The room was clean and the beds comfortable.
