“地點很好，離亞斯文火車站很近（走5-10分鐘），櫃檯小姐讓我們能提早check in很不錯，飯店看不出來是2017年才落成的，給的房間景色不錯但冷氣壞掉，維修人員修了半小時還是沒冷氣才換房，換的房間等級有些落差，換到新房間，有兩個服務人員同時站在床頭折浴袍感覺很怪，不知是要小費還是房間尚未準備好。房間在照片上看起來跟實際有落差，有個很刺鼻的味道，不是很好聞，床單枕套也不是很乾淨（同行夥伴有嚴重過敏反應），浴室只有淋浴沒有蓮蓬頭不太方便，而且熱水忽冷忽熱，熱水需按一個開關，洗了一會兒冷水才問，應該提早告知。清潔的細節應再加強，地毯沙發椅子有非常多污漬有點噁心，因為訂的價格不算便宜，建議各方面都應該要提高標準。”
