“Staying at this property was truly an incredible experience. My wife and I (American tourists visiting Japan for the first time) stayed here for 3 nights. The staff was so friendly, especially the wonderful staff in the 6th floor restaurant. Our room, a 12-tatami was spacious and comfortable with a great view of the lake and mountains. “The owners were so enjoyable, they only spoke broken English but we were able to converse. The facility is a traditional Japanese inn, so sitting in the floor and sleeping on futon. Suggest using two futon if you are not so l used to sleeping in the floor. The air conditioning was great cause it was hot outside. Really close walk to Don Quijote and many shops, markets and food, 6 minute walk. Musashi Koganei station and area around have so much, Muji, Daiso, H&M.. Easy train ride into……
