Dramatic location, Serene Sea Side Villa With Pool Near Temple of Sounion

Dramatically located on a cliff overlooking the sea, the villa is a mere one hour leisurely coastal drive from the center of Athens,. This is a three level residence of 185 sq. meters on a site of 1000 sq. meters with pool and a panoramic view.The property is one hundred and fifty meters from a picturesque pebble beach. There is no road between the villa and the sea which ensures privacy and quiet.
The main level of the residence consistis of a spacious living room and kitchen area (dining room) and an office.
The upper level consists of a master bedroom with one King Size bed, a walk-in closet, a bathroom with shower and jacuzzi and adjoining laundry room with mini bar.
The lower level consists of a bedroom with twin beds, a small library,a full bathroom along with a spacious balcony.
On all levels there are large balconies giving a fluid relationship between interior and exterior living areas and the surrounding seascape.

Fantastic stay at Patrikia’s house

Not much I can add to what has been written already. The house is very homely and the views are idyllic. Patrikia is a wonderful host. For local recommendations, the best taverna we dined at was Ta Pefka, first road on the right as you enter Palaia Fokaia. Also the bakery opposite is yummy. A beautiful family holiday and wonderful memories.

Tolle Hanglage, super ausgestattet, perfekte Erholung!

Das Haus ist stilvoll eingerichtet, gepflegt und bietet viel Komfort, so dass wir uns sofort heimisch fühlten. Der Pool und die vielen Terrassen machen den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm. Die Vermieterin ist super nett und bietet im Haus alles an, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. (Das Angebot an Pflegeartikeln war so groß, dass auch abgelaufene dabei waren und die Matratzen im Untergeschoss sind wohl auch älter.) Wir genossen den Aufenthalt und würden gerne immer wieder kommen.

Everything you need on holiday!

Patrika the host was really helpful and knowledgeable. She had purchased eggs and breakfast goods for us too! The property is so very clean and picturesque. It has the most amazing views and the pool is fantastic to cool off. The property feels very private and remote, however is just 45 minutes from the airport. Absolutely everything you could ever want was available at the property, oven, toaster, grill, hob, dishwasher, whirlpool bath.......... and on and on. Patrika was speedy to respond to any query. Full speed internet reaches to the pool...GREAT! Thank you so very much for a most memorable stay. FULLY RECOMMENDED.

Belle maison à 3 niveaux, tranquille dans un petit lotissement. Vue absolument splendide sur la mer, chaque coucher de soleil est une pure merveille. Maison très bien équipée. Accueil charmant et efficace.

Vacanza indimenticabile!

Siano stati in questa stupenda villa per 7 giorni. È un vero e proprio paradiso, tutto perfetto. Casa stupenda dotata di ogni comfort, piscina e vista mare da sogno. Inoltre vi è anche l'accesso riservato ad una spiaggia privata. Un grazie particolare alla signora Patrikia e ai suoi 2 stupendi amici a 4 zampe che ci hanno accolto come fossimo membri della famiglia. Discrezione e privacy. Insomma, casa super consigliata per chi la la fortuna di potersi recare in questo magnifico luogo.
