There is a shared driveway on this property, so please make sure to park directly in front of the garage. The driveway will need to be accessible to the neighbors.
Guests will receive a keypad code the day prior or the morning of their reservation date.
A car will most likely be needed. There is also a bus that stops nearby. Uber and Lyft are also accessible.
IMPORTANT: Before receiving check-in instructions, you must sign our rental agreement. Failure to do so will result in cancellation without a refund. If you would like to review our rental agreement prior to your reservation, just request a copy and we will send you one.
Travelease Protection: We want you to have a worry-free vacation, which is why we offer our
travelease protection program when you book with us. With this program, you'll have coverage
for up to $200 in accidental damages. Plus, we understand that plans can change, so we offer
the flexibility to cancel your reservation for any reason up to 14 days prior to check-in for a
100% refund, and a 50% refund for 7 days (minus the Travel Ease protection fee). Additionally,
if the weather takes a turn for the worse, you'll have the ability to reschedule your stay. So, rest
easy knowing that we've got you covered.
Pets are welcome on the premises, and a pet fee of $125 applies. Please ensure to inform us in advance to secure authorization for bringing a pet. You are required to clean up after your pet, including waste or additional charges may apply.

Alright but issues with lock/safety
The house was very clean and nice on the inside. The managers were very responsive and helpful. However, they listed the wrong check in code on the check in, so I couldn’t check in for 1.5 hours after my scheduled time. The deadbolt was electronic and would randomly unlock itself throughout the day/night. I can’t confirm it but I believe someone tried to get into the house and was pressing numbers on the key pad.

We enjoyed your place- it was perfect for our stay while in Athens for the NCAA Swim Championships. Highly recommend for anyone coming into town for any events at UGA.
Was perfect for hosting a pizza dinner one evening for several of us parents.

Great location/stay but a few things they need to improve asap
Great location to the wedding we were attending. It is a nice place to stay but a few things need to be changed asap. First thing when we walked into where the bedroom was I noticed the bath towels were poorly folded and there was a basically an empty paper towel roll just laying there. Made me think that they were careless. Also, if they would just leave that there what else did they not pay attention to cleaning wise. There was a stain on the right side of the comforter and the pillow cases. Everything else seemed clean that I noticed. When we were leaving the place for dinner the first night we probably spent 15-20 min trying to lock the door. It is a digital deadbolt with a code that doesn’t lock without a key. Worked fine getting in but locking up it wouldn’t work at all with the code. We tried everything. Called and left the contact # that was provided a voicemail. I quickly got a text that there was a lock box with a key but that key didn’t work. Saw another lock box and asked about that one. After given the code to the second lock box there was a key that finally worked. Other than that it was fine. Better than a hotel in my opinion.

Cute converted garage close to Everything Athens
Everything is brand new and I may have been the first one to reserve this location. The place is located super close to UGA campus and downtown. The outdoor area is a nice feature but we didn't stay long enough to use. Bed is super comfortable and I loved the brand new shower. The check-in process was easy except I received a separate note from a British company called Superhog asking me to pay $500 deposit or non-refundable $35 insurance policy. Superhog is a guest verification provider and I was super confused whether it was necessary since I didn't get any further communication and nothing was listed on the VRBO listing. I ended up not paying the extra money which seemed fine. While there, I inquired about WiFi passwords and how to close up upon leaving. I received quick responses which referred me to the Welcome Book. We looked everywhere and couldn't find one. We only stayed 2 nights so WiFi and Internet weren't important. I assume this place is new and they are still working on the details. I am definitely coming back and staying here.
