This brand new apartment is ideally situated on W Hancock Avenue in the heart of downtown Athens! This unit is perfect for game days, relaxing weekends, parent's weekend, or a fun getaway. This space has luxury hardwood floors, top of the line finishes, a walk in-shower, and a fully outfitted kitchenette. There is no on-site parking offered, but there is ample street parking and surface lots near by. Great location!

The location of this property is awesome. Really can't beat it. We weren't aware that the coffee shop next door was under construction. It was LOUD. They worked late and they were up early doing construction so that was not great. The room is also very tiny. We were surprised by how small it was when we walked in for paying over 600. They also don't have great blinds or any window covering above the door so the hallway lights are very bright at night.
