Classic City 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo, on cul de sac, walk to Memorial Park and Five Points.
King bed in master bedroom with seating area, a small desk, and private bath. Queen bed in bedroom 2 with a small desk space. Bedroom 3 offers a full over full bunk bed to sleep up to 4 and or a sleeping / gaming space with a wall mounted tv!
2.5 miles to UGA stadium. 1.8 miles to the UGA Golf Course, driving range, and practice facilities. 3 miles to the Georgia Botanical Gardens.

The property is just as described and is very cozy. Keith Allen, the owner could not have been more accommodating. We had a question and he responded immediately and followed up to ensure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The pictures you see are exactly what you get with the unit. Plenty of space and very clean. Keith has been excellent to work with and quick with replying to messages both online and talking in person. Highly recommend this listing.
