When we arrived at the property, there was no one in the front desk. The property owner is away at the airport doing a pick up. We waited in the lobby for 30 mins, luckily, another client was also waiting and they were able to contact the owner, who told us where to get our keys. If not for that, we'd be waiting in the lobby for 2 hours. The hotel itself is threadbare. The amenities is below that of a motel in the states. The big draw of this place is that the owner provides free transportation to/from the airport.

There was no hot water for the shower. The coffee pot had some water left from the previous guest, took some time to remove the sediment from the bottom. Also, the previous guest left a towel to dry on the balcony.

Hôtel très correct pour coucher une nuit près de l’aéroport. Le service de navette gratuit est très pratique et les deux conducteur était gentil. La chambre était propre et le matelas ainsi que la literie était confortable. Petit déjeuner de base, mais qui fait le travail.

I would suggest for a very short stay especially if going to or from the airport. Everyone was so friendly and the free shuttle service to and from the airport was an added bonus. Enjoyed the included breakfast in the patio area. The local restaurant was delicious and included free shuttle service. The hotel is very dated but was clean. The bed was very comfortable.

The service at Peri's Hotel is exceptional.The staff is personable and thoughtful and will literally go the extra mile for you. It is also clean. It IS past its prime, so if pristine surroundings matter to you, this is not the place for you. If you just need a clean bed and excellent service the night before a flight, it is perfect, and I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Excellent personnel. Breakfast was a bit minimal and assumed that every one could/would eat the standards (a few pieces of bread, several slices of cheese, an egg, bowl of plain yogurt, and a coffee/juice), but better than nothing. Rooms are pretty outdated, AND I feel I got what I paid for. The transpiration to and from the airport and a place to rest due to an extended layover was what I cared about and I definitely got that.

We stayed at Peri's Hotel between international flights to/from Athens airport, and it was perfect! They offer a free shuttle to/from the airport and were waiting for us with a sign when we arrived. The hotel is charming, like a B&B; the rooms have little balconies overlooking a quiet neighborhood near the airport, but you don't hear the plane traffic, which is wonderful. The owner is kind, friendly, and accommodating. He recommended restaurants nearby for dinner; we ended up at one of those a short walk down the road that looked out on the Aegean Sea--a lovely way to cap off our trip. In the morning, they offered a light breakfast of coffee/tea, pastries, etc. in the lobby. Absolutely would stay here again!

The transfer was smooth in both directions, which I appreciated. However, I was quite disappointed with the breakfast—labeled as “continental,” it was very poor in selection and quality. The condition of the room I stayed in urgently needs attention. There were peeling walls in the corners, and the shower head clearly needs replacement. Overall, it was acceptable for a one-night stay, but I wouldn’t recommend it for longer.

Excellent shuttie service to and from the airport and to and from a superb nearby reasonably priced restaurant on the water where we had dinner. While room was more than adequate and staff most welcoming, the room could use a few amenities such as facial tissue and larger bath towels. As we regretfully don't speak Greek, though the TV offered BBC News it would have been good to have one English channel such as BBC HD. For the low price, which included free shuttle service, continental breakfast and very close proximity to the Athen's airport, it was a very good choice.

A quaint little place to stay on a budget. The walls were thin so you could hear people's comings and goings. But they were really nice and accommodating. Cute place to stay if you don't mind a little noise!
