Well-appointed, contemporary suite located in fun, eclectic Normaltown, 2 blocks from dining, entertainment, UGA Health Science campus & Piedmont College, five blocks to brewery & Piedmont hospital, short Uber ride/30-min walk to downtown Athens. Well-appointed space includes private bath/kitchenette (no stove), Roku TV, complimentary WIFI, fiber internet, parking spot & outdoor seating areas. Gracious onsite hosts in separate quarters.

Wonderful stay in Athens

First time doing short-term vacation rental and hard to imagine how it could have been better. Property was clean, well provisioned and aesthetically pleasing in a good location. Stephen and Cheyne , the owners, were extremely helpful and handled a special request quickly and with good cheer.

Everything we needed

This property is exactly as advertised and pictured. It is located in a safe, quiet neighborhood within walking distance to restaurants and just a short drive to downtown venues. Our hosts anticipated every possible need and the attention to detail was noticed at every turn. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will re-book on future trips to Athens.
