“As an avid traveler, I can confidently say that this was the best travel experience I've had in terms of accommodation. The property was clean and well-maintained. The host checked in on me even before my arrival and recommended some great places to visit and eat. When my niece fell ill, he promptly helped us find a doctor. He made us feel as comfortable as possible and even surprised us with a little Easter gift! If you're considering booking this villa, don't hesitate. I guarantee you'll love……

“The property is close to many beaches and many restaurants and shops. But, you will need a car. The pool is huge and the jacuzzi is powerful! The gardens are beautiful and well maintained. There are plenty of facilities in the property and it is well equipped. The broadband is excellent, which meant I could work when needed. That said, the mobile phone signal is very patchy, you will need WhatsApp or something similar.”

“I rented this property with a group of friends to stay while we were visiting athens. Overall it is a nice place to stay at, but it comes with a little bit of hiccups. Finding transportation is tough and takes you a while to connect with an Uber or Beat. Katerina was a good host but at some points had strange requests from us such as paying an upfront cash security deposit (which I later confirmed with Vrbo is not part of her rights). “Villa Eva hat eine traumhafte Lage mit schönem Blick zum Meer. Perfekte Verkehrsanbindung, nur ca 20 Min bis zum Airport Athen. Die umliegenden Strände sind traumhaft, flach abfallend mit türkisblauem Wasser, perfekt für Kinder. Sofia ist die perfekte Gastgeberin und immer erreichbar und innerhalb kürzester Zeit vor Ort, falls mal etwas sein sollte.”

We had a friendly, female tabby cat that was missing an eye adopts us. She kept us company each day. We named her Sammy. I hope the next guests enjoy her as much as we did. ”

“We were travelling in Europe with our daughter while it was her 16th birthday. We chose this place to have a few relaxing days to recoup and enjoy her birthday. Not only was the place exactly as listed, the host was amazing! When we arrived she met us, complete with a welcome gift basket of local favorites and there were essential food items/condiments so that we could actually prepare food. Not only did she do this, but she also surprised my daughter with a birthday dessert! We loved this……

“An unpleasant smell. Very dirty The room is very shabby feel very old. A very bad experience The smell of the room is disgusting. Of you want to find a clean and comfortable room. Please consider carefully Because this is the dirtiest and worst hotel I have ever stayed in. By the way The swimming pool is like a decoration My window was in the hallway and it was clear glass and anyone passing through it could see inside the room The door is very old and thin I guess you can kick the door open……
