“The hotel is beautiful and nicely located within walking disrance of Cochin International. Staff and service was great as well. Artwork throughout the hotel makes it unique and very Kerala-esque. Rooms were spacious. However, one drawback, which turned us off were the stained couch covers and carpet in the rooms. We were only one night, so we didn't make mention of it. Another problem was that the walls are not soundproof. We could here the mosque nearby and also some highway noise. I am sure……

“Near Airport, Stayed only 1 night. The first staff I meet really was rude, did not say hello or smile or ask anything, he just walked behind the counter at my arrival, waited for me to tell my business there. The other staff was very nice, they helped me order food that was delivered at my room, cus nearest restaurant was 2 km away, and it was very dark outside. ”

“The hotel and especially the employees were great. The best thing was actually the restaurant with the food and its employees. The staff was cleaning the restaurant all day so you really get a good feeling. The food was also excellent. Only one negative thing to claim is the loud aircondition of the restaurant.
