“We had a wonderful stay at the Abbey Hotel in Roscommon. The rooms were comfortable, the atmosphere was lovely, and the staff were welcoming and attentive. Everything about our visit was great — the only drawback was breakfast, as the sausage and eggs were a bit overcooked. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our time and would happily return.”
