“Great little studio for your stay in CDA. Everything was great. Full sized stove and fridge. A few necessities available. The host even left us fresh local coffee beans. French press and coffee machine and kettle - lotsa options!No dishwasher. Hand held shower The only annoyance was having to open a lock box to get the keys and that the front door needs two keys instead of one. ”

“This unit is above the owners garage and is beautiful and so clean! We used the hide-a-bed and queen bed, the in-unit washer and dryer, the tub w/ shower and perfect size kitchen over looking the lake. The owners are very gracious and kind. I already recommended this place to my whole family!”

“We had a great stay. It was a bit tight for 2 adults and 2 teenage boys but we were on the move for the most part so only slept here. Excellent location for access to town and easy to get to all areas. Katie responded timely to all our questions and came to the yard to say hello, which was super nice. We would definitely stay here again. It is on our favourites list for Sandpoint. ”

“We knew from the pictures and other reviews that it is an older home. We chose it because of the proximity to Silverwood. It is just a few minutes drive. We did not anticipate the very old furniture with holes in the upholstery, and holes in the carpet. The kitchen did have all the necessary equipment but a little short on silverware. There air conditioner works well. The lawn on the backside of the house was nice. The host can’t control nature but the wasps were terrible. Overall this house……

“Very peceful environment. Lots of things to do that are included with your stay. Frendly staff. Great location. 10 min from bass fishing at spirit lake. 25 min from silverwood Amusement park.
