worst stay I ever had - my property was changed at the last moment and caused issus
This was one of the worst travel experiences I have had in a long time. I waited until now so I could calm down. First, you change the location of the spot we were renting. I picked that area specifically to minimize transportation cost. I was going from the airport to the house and then to the stadium downtown. You sent me to a new spot. Not being aware of the exact location as you were hurrying me I could not assess the situation. As I went to the new spot I knew it was a mistake but too late. I had to go twice as far from the airport The trip to the stadium and back was more that twice as far in distance. Then the trip back to the airport the next day was twice as far. My uber costs were 180. My original plan was just 90. I also planned to ride the marta from the game so I would not be standing in the cold. Instead I stood on the freezing street for 20 minutes at 11:30 at night. The house on 1932 camellia was very disappointing. Three alarms were chirping for lack of batteries. Someone came to fix them but they only fixed two. That left the chirping going all night I was awakened several times. No paper towels. No ice in the refrigerator. No soap in the bathroom. At least there was bed to sleep on. I don't consider this a "vacation" rental. This was disaster rental. I think I should have a refund to cover the extra transportation cost I encountered. And what was wrong with the first house. It could be any worse that this one.
