The pictures that are featured have to be from when the hotel first opened. The curtains have holes in them. The water systems have no real pressure causing toilets to get clogged often. Phone in room did not work so had to use cell phone to call downstairs. When explaining the toilet was clogged they told us to go in the hallway and find a plunger and fix the toilet ourselves! No one hardly at front desk and when you call them with the emergency red phone on wall no one answers either. 4 am and in the lobby hotel staff screaming as if being murdered. DO NOT STAY HERE!

The staff is by far the best I’ve experienced in ATL in quite some time!! Very helpful, very knowledgeable, were giving guests appropriate amount of attention, but moving everyone through in a quick manner. The breakfast was very good! Parking isn’t on site but is just across the street, very easy in and out!

We stayed here to go to market. It was a great location and good price. The staff were very helpful and nice. We had a blow dryer that didn’t work and they were very helpful and quick to get it fixed for us. Would recommend to friends!

There are no blankets on the beds, just a top sheet. When I asked for a blanket I was told "we don't have those" like it was a silly question. Shower had weak pressure and water drifted back and forth between freezing and scalding without touching anything. Ice machine on our floor didn't work. Our bathroom ceiling started dripping the second night of the stay, with the ceiling material bulging and becoming squishy from the water. Staff were nice and it is a cheap place to stay an easy walk from downtown's offerings. Just know what you're signing up for, and bring your own blankets.

Dirty, cold, old, stinky. They turn off the heater even though it’s freezing.

Nothing special, very unsafe there’s criminal activity right across from the hotel, no breakfast, overpriced, the amenities don’t even match up to a motel 6. No snack bar, no mini fridge, no heat. $150 deposit is a bit steep for this hotel.

I would never stay here again
The room was dirty. It was dirty towels in the closet. It was hair on the shower head the bathroom was dirty. It was hair all over the shower floor. I couldn’t even take a shower in the bathroom. Nobody was at the front desk. The lobby look like a construction site, smell like cigarettes the carpet was dirty and didn’t work When I open up the windows to see the view, it was nothing but a brick wall was a brick wall
